Hello! This is my terms of service for commissions! Please read this thoroughly for things to work out smoothly for all parties!
GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.- The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.- I don't consent for my art to be used in any AI use.- Any digital design that is to be posted on socials should have my watermark over it.- Any digital art peace you buy will come with two different images. One with my watermark over the main peace and a signature, the other with my signature slightly hidden in the work.
I'm going to be listing the things I will and won't be willing to draw so this is very important, because it will let you know and see what I'll do so you want be left confused on what I'll do. If there is something that isn't listed and you are curious please reach out so we can talk about it.

- extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
- hate art of ANY kind
- non-con sexual activities
- questionable content
- characters without their owner's permission
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS- Once the outline has been approved your deposit won't be refunded.- Once the full art peace has been completed and approved you'll not get a refund.- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
WHAT CAN MAKE COMS MORE EXPENSIVE- If the commission is done by hand with paint, pencil etc....- If the commission is more intricate and heavily detailed.- If the commission will be used for commercial gain, i.e it gets put on a shirt, mugs etc.... it will be a 10% increase
